March Residential Sales Statistics
The Tucson Association of Realtors has released the residential sales statistics for March. After two months of falling prices, average sale price is up, number of listings has decreased, and number of buyers has increased. This is all welcome news, but I still think the market is slowing and may be reaching a peak.

FHA Reduces Loan Limits
The maximum FHA loan amount for a single family house in Pima County is $316,000. For purchase contracts initiated after December 31, the loan limit will be reduced to $271,000.
