The decorative (non-functioning) fireplace has a cozy bench in front of it. Walkscore.com calls this location "Very Walkable. Most errands can be accomplished on foot".

To rent it, you must have good credit and landlord references. No smoking and no pets. The rent will be $1,375, but if you pay it early, you can pay $1,365. Deposit is $1,475.
